What is CA?
The Chartered Accountancy (CA) course is one of the most prestigious professional qualifications in the field of accounting and finance in India. If you're aspiring to become a certified accountant, CA is the path to follow!
- Eligibility: After completing class 12, students can register for the CA Foundation course. Graduates can directly enroll in the Intermediate course under the Direct Entry Scheme.
- Levels: The CA course consists of three levels: CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final.
- Exam Duration: The duration of each exam varies. For example, CA Foundation papers are 3 hours each.
- Mode: Exams are conducted in pen-and-paper mode.
- Subjects:
- CA Foundation: Principles of Accounting, Business Laws, Business Mathematics, and Economics.
- CA Intermediate: Accounting, Corporate Laws, Cost Management, and more.
- CA Final: Advanced Accounting, Auditing, and Strategic Financial Management.
